Do data plans for the iphone cover all the iphones in a family plan? ?
Scorcher117 asked:
I want a family plan with two iphones in it, now will I have to pay for two separate data plans per month? or only one that covers both iphones per month?

To put it simply: no it does not.
Your data plan is a Line Exclusive plan, meaning that adding a Data Plan to one phone line, does not add it to another. You’ll unfortunately have to purchase data plans for both iPhones if you want it.
If that’s too expensive, opting for using Wi-Fi at home isn’t too bad (it’s free too).
Hope that helps!
two seperate data plans. but they do offer a family plan for unlimited texting. the iphone does not have mms messaging which is a deal breaker for some. also does not offer insurance on the device. you can visit the att website and look at the att wireless forums. there’s a section devoted to apple and there’s people on there who have the phone and are more than willing to assist you with any questions you may have. it;s free and a fun way to learn/ maximize the experience of your phone.
