Hi, you can’t get the iPhone without any web plans. They will not activate the iphone without those plans. For individual, the plans start at $74.99 for 450 min, unlimited nights and weekends, and unlimited text, web, email, video. For 2 iPhones, the family plan starts at $130 with 700 min, unlimited nights/weekends/text/web/email/video on both phones. Hopes this helps
